We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival
If your print arrives damaged or with a defect, I am so sorry! I will work quickly to make it right. Here is the process:

Please email me at kalipay.made@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include a few clear photos of the damage or the defect, as well as a photo of the packaging it arrived in.

Once I receive your photos, I will coordinate with my professional printing partner to assess the issue. If it's a confirmed defect or shipping damage, I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately at no extra cost.

Change of Mind
Because every print is created to order in your chosen size, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind." Please double-check your measurements and selections before placing your order to ensure it's the perfect fit for your space.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
